Why would all the power in the house work except certain plugs in the kitchen. My dedicated fridge, & stove as well as a outlet that I use for my microwave doesn't work, but all the lights in the kitchen work.

Hi bklynnf and welcome, Have you checked all the breakers or fuses? Breakers can appear to be in when in fact there not, so reset each one manually and see if you get power back. Ok?

Have you checked for a GFCI outlet needing reset in the kitchen?

Half a day has gone by... if your fridge is still off I would call an electrician...
