In January this year I got pregnant. By the end of February, I learned it was an ectopic pregnancy and had to terminate it. I had my first period in April, and since I have been having problems. I start retaining water around day 13 of my 28 day cycle. My body aches from all the water weight, especially in my breasts, nipples, and joints. I get very tired. I also haven't been able to get pregnant again. I have a ten year old and I am in my early 30s. The pregnancy this January was the first cycle my husband and I even tried to conceive.
Does anyone know why I am having these horrible PMS symptoms that last weeks. Could there be a reason I have been unable to get pregnant again?

It can often take a healthy couple over a year to get pregnant, it is more rare or just lucky to do it in first month of trying.

What methods are you using to track ovulation ? This is one key mistake most women make by only using online chats which can be off greatly.

Next is husband not masturbating for the time prior to sex before fertile periods ?

Is sex times 2 or 3 days prior to ovulation ?

As for the pains, it is common issues many women have, but a exam with your doctor to make sure there was no issues, is never a bad idea
