I remember a couple of scenes, the girl convinces the kidnappers wife to give her shoes so she can run away, he catches her though. The couple were kidnapped while camping, at the end of the movie the police are chasing the man and they end up in a barn I think, I think the girl shoots the kidnapper and runs into her boyfriends arms as he escaped or was let go earlier. I think the kidnapper raped the woman a couple of times once right in front of her boyfriend after the kidnapper took her into the bushes to pee and the boyfriend was screaming at him not to touch her so the guy drags her back in front of the car and rapes her in front of her boyfriend.
If anyone can help me figure out what this movie is called that would be great.

I seem to recall that, when the crazy guy is assaulting her in front of her boyfriend, who cannot help her, she looks at him and keeps muttering, "It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter." She really is brave throughout the ordeal. (It's based on a real-life incident.)
