I didn't get arrested in site, the cop that came out wrote me a summons to court. I checked in with my PO a week after the incident and I told her what I did and she looked in the computer and said "there's nothing showing up, I can't violate u on something that's not here" she told me to keep checking if I had a warrant and to turn myself in if possible. But I've checked and there's no warrant issued, it's now been over a month since the theft. My court date is tomorrow actually and I'm nervous that I'm going to go to court and the judge is going to violate me ad send me to jail. Is that how that's going to work? I really have no idea...

No, this judge will not violate you, if he finds you guilty of the stealing, then that conviction will shop up on the computer ( of course there is no warrant, they issued you a summons to appear)

But merely the being changed can violate you, ( is this is a new PO officer or something ?) it would be easy to find your arrest by looking at the court schedule for your case.

But if convicted then that will show up in a couple week on the computer, then the PO can violate you.
