My best friend since I was 5 is going though a though time her birthday was yesterday and she found out that her only brother who also shares the same birthday (not twins) has cancer.

She is going through a divorce and she is dating a new guy, she also found out yesterday she is pregnant with this new guys baby and she has mixed feelings about having another baby right now since she already has three kids from three previous relationships.

Sorry not trying to air all her laundry but I just want to make it clear how hard this all must be for her. Anyway I haven't been there for her as much as I should have been in the past, she has been an amazing friend to me and I want to really be there and show her I care so what should I do to let her know I am here and I care any nice gestures you could recommend?

By being there, take her to lunch, go visit her. Do not give any advice or any judgement, just be a friend.
