Not turning, just slow speeds, less than thirty on uneven pavement or small bumpy road, I am getting a Popping sound. It comes and goes over bumps. Not big bumps. Have replaced CV joints, Struts, and tie rod ends at 130,000 miles. It sounds to be toward the fans, or under front end. Sometimes more on the passenger side.

It could be stabilizer links or bushing or ball joints. Just make sure all is good.

Check the upper and lower ball joints. Your Civic is in the "zone" for replacing these components--go with Moog.
