OK so I just found out that I have caught an STD I know for sure that I have not been sleeping around my other half on the hand I'm not so sure of .heres the story I had gotten arrested last year around sept. I got out in April of this year when I got out the person that he was having sex with on the side had told me everything but yet he still denyes that went on I had found out that this person has HIV so just to be safe I asked him to get tested of course he said no because that would be admitting that he cheated on me I also new that when my vistet to my doctor came around they where going to do some test and if I came out with something he wouldent be able to say that I was the one sleeping around because I new that he would do that and of course I was right.My question is "if he got the STD while I was in jail why did it take so long for me to catch it or how does all that work anyways also what are the symptoms for a male that has the clap?" thank yoy

I find it amazing that you are worried more about Gonorrhea than you are the HIV that he was exposed to.

With Gonorrhea, men have burning with urination and penile discharge. It's pretty hard to ignore in a man.

You got out in April and just found out? Most likely he's still fooling around on you as they symptoms would be too painful to last for four months.

If you haven't, you may want to get tested for HIV, then drop the cheating bum.

You get tested, and hope you will not have anything life threatening.

You don't worry how it got it, or why he got it, you just get treated, and tell him, that he has it, and leave him.

You seem to concerned over him ? Why?

Get clean, take everything your doctor prescribed. Dump his sorry a$$. Move on. He gave you a STI. I am assuming he and you were clean when you went to jail, so by common sense he's done something. Regardless there is some dishonesty and the fact he gave you an STI. Just pack up and go.
