How can I get an increase in child support? What do they consider?
My daughter is nine yrs old, her father is slacking on his child support I'm only get 162.00a month in the mail, and her expenses is 210 monthly. How can get the victory for an increase.

Are you in Louisiana? Generally support is based on the income of the NCP. This site shows the guidelines for support:

If you can prove his income has increased, then you go back to court and file for a modification.
