My husband and I were getting a divorce, I moved out of OUR home because his putdowns and I couldn't take anymore! We have been married since July 2002 and received divorce papers July 26. Well I moved back in Aug.12 and we decided we were going to work thins out. He thinks he can do as he pleases and I on the other hand cannot, He went to Galveston crabbing but didn't tell me he was staying the night till late that night,I got really upset and Told him on Facebook to Stay all weekend... He deleted me off hisfacebook and is threatening to kick me out . Can he do this??
Oh and we have been intimate since I moved back... We have 4 girls from 4to 18 yrs of age, My girls don't want MOMMY to ever leave again... What can he do?

If you really are divorced, it depends on what the terms of the divorce are.
If you didn't finalize the divorce, he can't kick you out.

The Divorce was never finalized. Thank You very much. One more question, does Your past matter today?

First, you posted this response in another thread where it didn't make sense, so I merged it with this thread. Please be careful what thread you reply to.

He cannot just kick you out of the marital home. But, depending on who owns or is the leaseholder, he may force you to leave in the divorce.
