Basically the other day I was in my room and at boit 12am I heard something get thrown at my door and the day after that I stayed at my dads and there was weird smells the time was like 130am and I don't know ehat to do

Weird smells can be anything. As far as what you heard for the door. Did you find nything that actually hit the door?

Are these the only two things that happen ? Sorry but that is far from any idea of a ghost, yet alone one who is following you.

Are there animals at either house. Noises and smells could be ANYTHING. Just because it happened at night does not mean it was a ghost.
