Three months back I grew pimples in my face which are so red and itchy and big, I never had any pimples in my face my face was so smooth and I never used any make up on my face but here comes the pimples, every morning I wake up with new pimple that has yellow head, now my skin is rough and red with black spots also. I've tried everything home remedies, even traditional herbs but nothing help, people think I'm bewitched because I'm really ugly. Please help and tell me what to use and what could be the cause?

How old are you? Where do you live?(IE, what is the climate? Ocean side? Desert? Plains? City?) What is your facial cleansing routine? Have you seen a dermatologist? Have you gotten ACTUAL medication for this rather then the "Remedies" you've tried?
