There should not be pain when having sex by either man or women.

Is there proper foreplay to be ready

Also is everyone properly lubricated? Friction can be horrible at times and there is no shame in using it. Doesn't mean the woman is less turned on, but is just a little dry. It is really common.

As well what are you using for protection? Have you both been checked out? STI screens?

If three is real pain... you should speck with your Gynecologist to find out why. There might be something that can be treated.

Pain is something that is not normally associated with sex... unless you are into the S&M thing.

I haven't had sex with my boyfriend and will not be doing that in near future as well. We have decided that we won't be taking such a step, till we get married which we are not sure as future is uncertain. It was just a general query.

If you are talking about the first time (or first couple times) yes there can be pain for the women at this point, again not all but it is possible
