Me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for 4 months now I got my period last on July 24 2013 and Im guessing I should have been ovulating from like the August 6th to possibly even now not sure well anyway we had sex this morning and I still have semen coming out of me I just went and peed and when I wiped there was like a drop of blood in the discharge could that mean that the egg possible got fertile?

Fertilization happens a week or so after ovulation/conception. It doesn't happen that fast.

I found this "Conception itself can occur anywhere between a few hours and 5 days after intercourse." on http://www.zocdoc.com/answers/7844/how-soon-after-sex-can-implantation-occur and a few other websites on the computer so it is possible and its been a good 8-10 hours plus we been trying since I first started ovulating so I don't know!!

It takes about 3 days for the sperm to reach the eff. So no, it can not happen the same day.

And no you are not really trying to conceive or you would be tracking your ovulation, not with online charts (they do not work) but actual testing for ovulation and /or basal temp.
