You don't have a shallow well pump arrangement. You have a deep well pump setup. That's why you have two pipes coming up. You will need a deep well pump. You can see the difference here: deep well pump vs shallow well pump - Bing Images (http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=deep+well+pump+vs+shallow+well+pump&id=3D0929BE26DA499F8D07DFBF00413A69FD6B7150&FORM=IQFRBA#view=detail&id=3D0929BE26DA499F8D07DFBF00413A69FD6B7150&selectedIndex=0)

Not only that but you will need to find what side is the down side and what is the up side. As installed you cannot use a shallow well pump unless you pull the pipes out and use just one pipe with a foot valve. You will be limited to about 25 ft. with a shallow well pump.
