No cold water in parts of the house.

Symptom: in parts of the house there is no cold water. The children's bathroom, the sink has cold water but not the nearby tub. In the master bathroom, one of the sinks has cold water but no the nearby sink or the master shower or tub.

Given: Well Pump newly replaced with excellent water pressure at well house. Ghoulds House Pump works well sending about 50 psi on new gage. Pressure tank when the water is not fed into the tank and the tank is drained is set to 30psi. When the House pump shuts off and shows about 50 psi, the tank shows about the same 50 psi on good gage. Well house is about 100 feet from the house, with a 1 inch plastic line coming into the house. All Filters have been bypassed.

What makes sense to me is that certain cold water lines are clogged with sediment.

Does this sound true? And if it is how do I safely clear the lines. I have an air compressor, how do I safely blow out the lines and how do I do it right?

What would a plumber do?

Thanks.

Dale.

Not sure what kind of set up you have with a well pump and a house pump but;
Lets start with sink in master bath. Close cold water stop valve underneath the sink. Remove cold water valve stem in faucet. Place small bowl over the valve stem opening and open stop valve for a few seconds. That should flush any debris.
If you don't get any water, turn off the water to the house and relieve the pressure. Remove the stop valve under the sink and look for blockage.

If 50 lbs of water pressure doesn't blow out any blockage, air pressure isn't going to do it.

You said well pump was recently replaced. Could it have been put in to low and be pumping sand?

If your pump switch is set to 30 lbs, your bladder tank pressure (empty) should be 28. Two pounds lower than the cut on pressure of your switch.
