I'm going to have a stress test, treadmill & a cardiac echo. Will I be able to eat bfore the test, take meds or even drink water?

You need to discuss this with your doctor. Certain meds should not be taken and some prefer you don't eat. Most physicians will give you an instructions sheet explaining how to prepare. If you didn't get one, call your doctor's office.
