In my office I have 84 systems. All are in domain. Asusally I have blocked sites like Facebook, YouTube and some other sites. But I am unable to block gmail. Please tell me how to block gmail in my domain. How to block it. ADVANCE THANQ

Add mail.Google.com to your FW blacklist.

Use GPO Group Policy Organization.

Open run command and type in: gpedit.msc (Start Key + R Key)

Navigate to User Configuration > Policies > Windows Settings > Internet Explorer Maintenance > Security and then click on the “Security Zones and Content Ratings”

Using a GPO would not be ideal as it would only affect Internet Explorer, and maybe Firefox if you have it set to copy your IE settings. Google Chrome however would not be affected by the GPO.
