My bathrooms are back to back the toilet in master bedroom is clogged and when you flush the toilet of the other bathroom it make the water rise up and over flow in the master bathroom also when ever either toilet is plunged it come out the other toilet and it also come up through the shower in master bedroom and its backed up where my washing machine drain the water out... I just want to know how to begin to fix this big messy problem what is making nothing go down... a water hose was ran through the vent ontop of house still no help

It sounds like the main drain line is clogged.

First, see if you can locate the main drain cleanout, remove plug/cap and then flush the toilets... see if water backs up and out the main drain plug/cap. If water backs up and out the main drain then the main drain line needs to be cleared using a large sewer drain machine (can rent these).

If the main drain is clear then the branch drain that feeds both bathrooms is clogged and the drain needs to be snaked using a drain machine. Here, unless a cleanout is handy, you'll need to lift one of the toilets and snake the drain OR you can also send the snake down the roof vent (if can safely do it).

Be careful NOT to send the snake into the other toilet drain....takes experience here, but you may be able to figure it out.

Back to you...

You have a sewer blockage somewhere downstream of all fixtures that are "backing up". Look for full sized cleanouts in and around the home. If you find a cleanout and can see standing water in that pipe then you need to snake from there. If no cleanouts, you could snake from the roof vent that you sent the hose down. Normally I would suggest pulling a toilet and snaking from there, but with back to back toilets, odds are you will just snake over to the other toilet instead of going down the drain (all depends on how things were plumbed). Are you on city sewer or a private septic system?
