I have a few pieces of silver native jewelry from B.C. Canada. My first bracelet was bought in 1975 for $200.00. Most have initials on them. I'm wondering how to get an estimated value of my pieces. Thank-you Brenda Barrio

There are websites that have lists of the hallmarks. I can't look them up at the minute. I dos put some links a on the last question on native Américan jewelry

Take it to a local jeweler to get each one weighed, first. Usually the initials of the artists aren't as important as when they were made and where, by what tribal affiliation/style. Many jewelers know how to appraise informally (a real appraisal will cost quite a bit). You can look on eBay, if you don't mind wading through all the fakes (although eBay takes them down as fast as they can find them).

Reason to buy, no doubt is the primary condition. Clear reason to buy in order to start thinking, what to buy style. Wear of the occasion, then will outfit of clothing, must be taken into account. Blindly buy a jewelry, is meaningless sex.

Buy jewelry, the first is a measure of the budget. Everyone wonders about, how many are willing to spend money to buy jewelry, good budget, you can put your own jewelry can select, summarize it, and further selection.

Buy jewelry, the most worried about is blindly follow the trend. Choose a suitable, you can always wear the ring, than to buy a priceless, no use of the ring to be smart. Jewelry, because you wear, have value. Know their style of dress, often attend the occasion, and the habit of wearing jewelry is very important.

For many people, jewelry, no different. In fact, 1 mm wide and narrow. 1 mm, are crucial. With everyone's different parts of the body lines, suitable for jewelry, are quite different. Then the beautiful design, but also try after will know good or bad.

In addition however, an appraisal is just an estimate of the value. It would be good if you can take it to a reputable jeweler. Beware of jewelers and appraisers who will give you a quote, then try to buy it from you. It is often an indication that they gave you a low number.
