Well, I bought a beautiful boy Siberian Husky on 7/10/13 we named him Chief and he was 7 week's young. Took him to the vet the next day (7/11/13) and was tested high positive for Parvo. My boyfriend and I had him hospitalized and he was for 8 day's (My baby was such a strong boy and held on for his mummy and daddy corny I know but we love him dearly) anyway he was released
to us on 7/18/13. He has been home for a week he was doing good about eating until yesterday I noticed he didn't touch his food at all but later that night he "nibbled" on his food also he didn't poop all night until later that night as well. I came home from work today same thing barley touched his food just nibbles like I'm talking barley eating anything. He has been drinking water. He hasn't vomited, when he does poop is kind of runny but no blood! No blood anywhere. SO I guess my question would be how long did it take for you're puppy to recover fully from being sick from Parvo.. also did you're puppy just nibble on food a week later (BTW we have tried different dog foods.. wet, dry, gravy food for dogs.) Chief is very active, playful, not looking sick. He will randomly just lye down though like if we play with him or walk into the next room he will just lye down after awhile... like it wear's him out. Anyway advice on recovering puppys with parvo or ideas on food I would appericiate it. I hope every thing goes well at the vet's tomorrow!
