I recently had surgery they placed two stents in my arota for a blockage and one stent in my left leg for claudacation (blood clot). My heart stents seem to be okay. But my leg is burning and I have pain radiating though the upper part of my leg near the incision and it goes all the way down to my calf.
The surgeon sent me to the ER when I called him after being released from the hospital, They checked for clots, and found none. I was given 10 flexirel tablets and sent home. The surgeon didn't seem concerned.
The pain is still severe. I have an appointment to see the surgery for final check-up in the morning, how do I present this issue to him so he understands that something else may be going on?

You haven't said how many days since surgery. You go in and state the degree of pain on a scale of 1 to 10, and where and what kind. Or you compare it to something else you have felt, like a kidney stone or hitting your thumb with a hammer or giving birth.
You aren't there to ''present an issue" to a surgeon so that he "understands that something else may be going on." You are there to say that you are in PAIN. You may have to just take pain killers for more time, we can't know.
