Face book has been locking up when I want to scroll up or down message at top says int explorer not responding... contacted isp provider... not them... took laptop to a repairman at big cost.. still not working, they say it's a Facebook issue. Also f/book keep saying my email address is incorrect, having changed providers I notified them new email address but I forgot my password... what can I do please help

Unload/disable as many as many Add-Ons as possible.
