I was due to start my period last weekend (13/14th July) but I started getting period like cramps on the 11th but no sign of periods. My breasts also got a little bigger and was hurting more than they normally do. I knew something was up as usually I only get my cramps and sore breasts on my second day of my periods. So I waited, the cramps stayed there and my breasts started to get really sore and sensitive. This weekend, I was already a week late, so we went to buy to hpt's and I tested on Sunday morning. Both were positive, so I'm going to the doctor this week just to be sure everything is fine and 100% so I'm guessing that it is different for every woman, me and my fiancé both got a feeling that I was pregnant and I know myself so I knew that the cramps and sore breasts were symptoms. There are a lot of symptoms you can get, but not all women gets symptoms at all before a missed period. Since yesterday I started feeling extremely tired and can't get through my normal day without wanting to sleep. So I guess best would be to take a hpt :) hope this helps!
