I am breastfeeding I have developed tiny red spots inside my left cheek

I don't think that has anything to do with breast feeding. Although baby does drain a lot of your resources so hope you are taking the appropriate vitamins and eating well. Do these Red spots hurt in any way, were you inspecting the inside of your mouth because they were irritating you?
