I just finished my last dose of amox-clav 3 days ago since then only around my vagina and anal are itching and burny.I used yogurt to insert in my vagina thinking it's a years infection and I am not sexually active. The yogurt slowed down the itching a lot but still a little burning. Please help

There's very little we can do to help you. We can't diagnose online. It's best for you to see your doctor about this and get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Antibiotics can raise the risk of a yeast infection, so it's possible that it's a yeast infection. But that's just a guess, and that's all we can give you online.

This particular antibiotic is very well known to give a yeast infection. You can try Monistat over the couter to see if that works. If not, you will need to see your doctor.

I hope the yogurt was unflavoured no sugar added. Sugar feeds yeast.

Yogurt is good because you have to replace the good bacteria, BUT many name brands are garbage. You need ones that say organic. And eat it. Stonyfield is a good brand.
