Hello. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since May. My periods have always been normal (28-31 days) Last month, however, it came on day 19 and was a full blown period. This month it came two days late and was literally only two drops of blood and then gone. I have the usual signs of period (bloated, cramps in stomach/legs, headache, tired, fuller boobs). Could this mean pregnancy? Or something more serious?

Wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then try a pregnancy test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait for your next period, and if you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.
