How ong does it take for food poisoning to get out of your system. I ate suppe Friday night and got sick about 3 hrs. later and still feel crappy. Had vomiting and diaharria all Friday night and Saturday until about noon. Then had bloody stools with chunks. Then it stop Saturday evening. But still feel crappy. What can I do to get feeling better?

Are you taking any antibiotics ? My last round ( bad eggs) took about 4 days for the vomiting and diarrhea to stop, and about 3 or 4 more days to be feeling about normal. * and that was with medication from doctor
