I had my copper coil removed after nearly five years, I didn't have replaced, as the last year of having it I had infections in my left tube which made me very Ill for long periods. Since then I haven't had a period and it's been just over eight weeks, I've had sore breast, terrible bloating (could be mistaken for being six months pregnant some days), been very tired and even had very slight pins and needles in my arms. If anyone could give me some advice I'd be grateful as my wonderful doctors can't get me in for over week! Oh and I've done several pregnancy test and I'm not!!

I wouldn't be surprised if all the infections have halted your cycle for the time being. Removing any IUD can mean a disruption even in a healthy woman.
I wouldn't be having unprotected sex, however, until you see your doctors.
You should be taking your temp - any fever, call the office day or night.
