What can I do with a medical degree and clinical expirence outside the clinic. I don't want the hassle of malpractice suits, ins hassels, time constraints and production line style medicine. I want a 9-5 job and a life with my family.

How about research, teaching, insurance investigations?

Not totally 9-5 if you are in the middle of a big case.
I agree about research.
Many doctors invent and take out patents and sell new medical devices.
