18 hp intek ohv that is blowing white smoke puufs and then starts to run rough(backfire). Change plugs and air cleaner and oil, then runs fine with very little puffs of white smoke. After last time of running rough removed air cleaner and it had quite abit of oil in it. Any ideas as to what this problem could be and if it is a job for a somewhat capable engine repairman to fix.
