I broke up with him almost a year nowm I only heard about him once after that he doesn't call anymore. Do you think he can do something to prevent me from getting my visa?

I have no idea if he knows my plan. But when we were together before he always wanted to stalk me. And tell me if I did wrong he will know because he will hire someone like detectives. He's very creepy. So glad I had chance to broke up with him

People sue over 'gifts' all the time and lose. The only exception is in some US states there are laws about returning diamond engagement rings.
