I constantly feel sick, to the point where I can't stand up. The middle of my back is really sore and I loose breath over it when it really hurts. I can't get comfortable because of my stomach and back. I have a dull throbbing pain in my lower left abdomen. I am constantly tired to the point that I can't open my eyes for long when I do get drowsy. I am getting cold chills, loss of appetite and aches all over my body.

I never really get sick but this has hit me really hard. I am tachycardia but there is nothing that could be helped with this.

Please help me, its becoming unbearable!

I have gone to a doctor. I was in hospital 3 weeks ago. Had X-ray, Ultra sound, IV drip and blood tests. Still nothing was found.

But have you spoken with your doctor about this specifically in these last three weeks?

I know my back will hurt when I get constipated. Do you feel bloated a lot?
Vitamin B complex might help you with the tiredness. I can't keep awake sometimes and that helps me

I think an MRI is in order. Or you are not explaining symptoms correctly. It is pretty rare that doctors can't find a cause.
