You just let your friendship grow and see where it goes. Why get serious end up breaking up and maybe never wanting to talk again. Get to know each other a lot better first.

If you want to believe that you're in love, go ahead, no harm done unless you think that being in love means you can have sex at 13, which you can't.

I'd bet money that you won't be together forever. But who knows? It will be years before you can make your plans to be together forever, a reality by getting married. So no need to make any permanent plans now.
