My wife had uterine rupture during VBAC for our 2nd baby. She had our first baby through CS.What type of meal would aid her recovery? What are the chances of other pregnancies?
Thanks

Did you mean to write 'what type of meal?'

Her entire medical history, family history, general health, age, weight, and so on are all factors that her doctor will use to determine her chances.

If you really want to know about food, she simply needs an overall healthy diet with fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and protein from a variety of sources that include not too much red meat, little animal fat, and no cheap processed oils.

Pregnancy should be avoided after a uterine rupture so that it does not happen again. She's actually very lucky to be alive, as is your baby. This is why most doctors and hospitals will not do VBAC's any longer.

She can eat anything her pretty heart desires.
