So I haven't been able to figure Out The name of this movie of which I Barely remember... I think The Beginning has a drawing of A little cartoon boy and Hes blond.. Maybe has a hat.. And The rest of The movie all I can remember Is That its kids In real life and there's Some kind of thunderstorm and They Get scared... that's All I can come up With And Id really appreciate it if someone could find a Title For Me!

That sounds like the opposite of Phantom tollboth because in that movie the kids turns into a cartoon
