I will be on my L1 in US shortly. I intend to buy real estate with upfront payment with transfers out of London or Singapore. Am an Indian citizen with Indian residence. Will I have any enquiries from IRS? Will their be any tax implications on the investments brought in? Yes I am aware that I will have to pay taxes on rental earnings in US. Please advice.
