Okay, I was wondering if the symptoms I'm having can also be symptoms of pregnancy.
First of all, I'm I feel like I'm going to throw up, and when I go to, it's just dry heaves. Also my nipples kill like no tomorrow, it hurts to wear a bra and my period is 15 days late, and I never miss a period. Could it be? I am on birth control.

No form of birth control is 100%, so anytime you have sex, pregnancy is possible. Birth control simply lowers the odds, it doesn't eliminate them.
Have you taken a pregnancy test? Now would be the time to do it. Wait until morning, and test with first morning urine.

I did, 5 days ago and came back negative. I never missed a period before.

5 days ago would have been a bit early to test. It's best to wait until two weeks after your period is late. I know it's only 5 days, but 5 days can make a lot of difference. When you tested did you use first morning urine?
I would test again, with first morning urine. If it's negative, wait for your next period, see if you miss it. If you do, I'd test again, or get a blood test. It can take some women months before getting a reliable result using a home pregnancy test.

Yes, I know that you want to know, I get that. Sadly, the only way to find out is with a test, and false negatives are very common, being late for your period 15 days when you're using birth control, is not common. So you'll have to test again, and if it's negative, you'll have to wait and re-test if you miss another period. That's really the only advice anyone can give you. I truly wish we could tell you one way or another, but it's simply not possible to diagnose pregnancy online, it can only be done with urine, blood or an ultrasound in later pregnancy.
Since you don't know for sure, treat yourself as if you are pregnant. Start taking prenatal vitamins (they won't hurt you if you're not pregnant, but can make all the difference if you are), eat healthy, stop smoking, stop drinking alcohol, and act like you are pregnant, until you find out for sure.
Good luck.

I'm not sure where you live, this is an international site. I'm in Canada, here you can get prenatal vitamins in any store that sells over the counter medications or vitamins. My local Walmart carries prenatal vitamins, the generic ones are actually a very reasonable price.
As for the smoking, that's something I would discuss with your doctor. Most of the usual forms of quitting won't be available to you if you are pregnant. I was a smoker when I got pregnant. I quit 2 weeks after I found out, all because I have a very vivid imagination. Every time I had a smoke I could picture this tiny baby with a cigarette in it's mouth. That really turned me off smoking I found it very easy to quit with all of my pregnancies, but I really would talk to your doctor about it, do it safely.

I live in Maine, USA. And all right, and does it matter which doctor? Cause I have two.
