Call animal shelters in your area to find out low-cost vets or one who will work out a payment plan with you. Your dog really needs to be seen by a vet. Herbal treatments won't help (and they cost money too).

I have called all of them in my area and everyone has told me it will cost several hundred dollars and they do not do payment plans..

What will cost several hundred dollars? A simple exam won't cost that much.

Then please give up your dog to an animal shelter so they will make sure he gets the proper care.

If your puppy ate something that could possibly be toxic or cause an obstruction, waiting around for something really cheap or some crazy home remedy will only make your result vet bill higher or a dead dog.

Exams are not expensive. You do not need to find the most expensive vet in your area either. I think the most expensive exam fee that I have heard about is $50. I'm not rich and swimming in money, but I think I could find $50 to at least find out what is wrong with my dog.

Empty the piggy bank, sell something at a pawn store and take your puppy into the vet.

In the mean time, give your puppy ice cubes to lick on, not water. Keep him in the house and keep him cool so he doesn't over heat. Don't feed him hard kibbles, cook him browned hamburger and rice. You can even try a meat baby food to see if he is interested. There are no at home remedies, herbal treatments and what not that will cure your puppy, especially if he is suffering from a toxic overload or an obstruction.

Call a vet. Make an appointment for tomorrow and tell them how much money you have to work with. Most vets will work with a budget if you tell them up front what you are able to spend.
