I got a 220 well pump and I want to know If I can Rin another another 220 pump off the same circuit

Probably not at the same time. How many amps oneach.

Apart from the load (amperage) of the two pumps, you need to make sure that the manufacturer of the pumps does not require a dedicated line for the pump. If they do, then the answer is no.
