Take a shower. Wash your hair. Clip your nails. Brush your teeth.

No. Your body takes care of itself nicely.

No, it is not okay to douche or use personal suppositories during pregnancy. It's not even okay to douche when you are NOT pregnant.

You should not be douche even when not pregnant, it is not good for you.

You merely wash

It is not a good idea to douche or use suppositories anytime, especially during pregnancy. Your body pretty much cleans itself. Just keep your undies clean and changed and wash "down there" like you do the rest of your body.
