I'll try to make it short. I and my girlfriend dated for over 2 years, we are both students. I go to college, she goes to university, and we lived together for a over a year. I got carried away with school work, I am doing intensive diploma program so I didn't spend much time with her even that we lived together.

Just recently she said she wants to be on hew own for a while, because she had doubts that our relationship will work sometimes, but also said that she loves me very much and that I am amazing and everything. Even planned to get married at one point, bought dress and everything but later after she left for summer to go home.

After one month gone she said she wants to be alone for a while, and broke up, and now coming to get her stuff. I keep waking up in the apartment that we rent together and all the pictures on the walls brings a lot of memories of her, it hurts. And I'm distracted from studies. Not sure what to do to keep my mind busy?

Take the pictures down and anything else that reminds you of her. Concentrate on your studies and go out and have some fun. It will help you forget about her and move on.
