The general answer is to be tested for various menstrual-related conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids (and others), often with just an ultrasound. Some women are told that even ultrasound and other tests reveal nothing known, so they try every home remedy possible to relieve pain. You can Google 'menstrual pain' for information on pelvic tilt exercises, warm baths, heating pads, massage, cutting out certain foods, drinking plenty of weak liquids, and taking ibuprofin and Tylenol. Some women find that birth control pills help.

You don't say where you live, but surely there are walk-in clinics, or you could call the nearest Planned Parenthood for references. They can help even if your question isn't about pregnancy.

I've had this problem all my life,, I've been to the hospital, the nurse told me to try taking 4 ibuprofen pills (200mg), and its worked, it's the only thing that has ever worked for me.
