My 6lb chihuahua ate a cooked pork spare rib bone yesterday. Today she threw up a few times and pooped and I saw pieces of the bone. Should I rush her to the vet or just watcher over her? She is playing and doing everything normal.

You should really take her to the vet for x rays to make sure there is nothing stuck in her intestinal track that could cause damage from splintered bones. If there is, then this is a serious problem.

You could 'watch over her' but how could you tell what is going on inside that little body. There could be more of the bone to pass that could do damage.
