I got woke up after midnight been over 17 hrs now. Headache severe nauseated n dizziness. Have taken Tylenol n excedrin. Still hurting n nauseous n dizzy

Why would you think it a stroke instead of a flu or other illness? Do you have other medical conditions? How old are you?

If you think it's a stroke, go look in the mirror and smile. Is your smile crooked? If not, it's probably not a stroke. If it WERE a stroke, you wouldn't be on the computer right now.
