My furnace blower seems imbalanced when it runs. You can hear noise coming out of where the blower is. I removed the blower and it looks out of shape at a few points.

Assume you are speaking of the blower wheel? If so, your best bet is to take the units model and serial number to a local HVAC shop and see if they can't track one down for you. Do know that there is a posability that the part is obsolete and may be very hard to find. They haven't made the imperials for quite some time. You want to make sure to get an exact replacement, otherwise you may start thinking about updating the complete furnace. However, don't give up if one hvac shop or supplier says they can't get it, keep trying around and most likely one of them should be able to locate the blower wheel.
