I have been taking femodenem, gestodene 75 mictograms , ethinylestradiol 30 micrograms . My problem is that I don't take it at the same time daily.. but it is usually between 1-4 pm . I had unprotected sex and I am worried can I get pregnant ? Note that I haven\"t messed a pill

No form of birth control is 100% effective. And not following directions in using one reduces its effectiveness.

Yes, you are increasing your chances of getting pregnant by not taking it at the same time every day.

As Scott said, there is no form of birth control that is 100% effective. I, for one, got pregnant taking the pill at exactly the same time every day AND using a condom. I got pregnant this way not once, but twice.

I was told that if I am taking a combination pill ( such as fomodene) that few hours shouldn't make a huge difference by a GP! I am asking because I'm considering taking the morning after pill , but the doctor said I shouldn't worry about it.. the problem is I didn't want to rush into taking the morning after pill because it is not available in my country , instead they take a higher dose of a normal birth control pill such as microgynon 30 , I was told the dose would be 4 tablets and then another 4 after 12 hours.. and I was hesitant to do that.. please if anyone has any further information let me know.

The GP might tell you one thing, but the person you need to ask is your pharmacist/chemist. You also need to ask the pharmacist/chemist about the morning after pill. It is most effective within 72 hours after intercourse.

With all that said, there is still no 100% foolproof method of birth control aside from abstinence or hysterectomy.
