It will run good at first but when you drive it and when you park it it will surge until you shut it off and then it will run fine or you have to rev it up to 4500 rpms and then it will idle at 400 rpms

You may need to purge entrapped air from the cooling system. It's best to follow your Owner's Manual on how to properly fill the radiator with coolant. Frequently, on older Hondas, you set the heat slide to maximum heat, loosen the bleeder bolt, remove the radiator cap, and fill the radiator with coolant until it comes out the bleeder bolt. Afterwards, clean out the overflow reservoir and fill with coolant to the MAX Line.

If the problem persists, the Ignition Control Module (ICM) may be bad.

I fixed my problem by re-installing the hoseto the cruise control unit that the mechanic forgot to re-install.
