Depends on local laws. Kissing only is usually not a problem. But it could be. And I would be very surprised if a 16 yr old accepted kissing only for too long. Doesn't matter how much older you look, its how mature you are.Does he know how old you are?

And what do your parents think of this? Do they know you are in a relationship with a 16 yr old that you refer to as your lover?
