I got a dui in az and they are requiring me to have a interlock for 1 year and I'm moving to Texas I was wondering if they will make me do the year if it doesn't require it for first time offenders in Texas

Be glad you didn't go to jail... here in Virginia you would be. Even for a first offense.

Is the interlock a condition of probation? If so, what makes you think they will let you move to Texas?
