There are many relationship problems; which ones or one are your referring to. Also, some background would help if you want constructive answers. 'Please' would help as well.

Which problem did you want me to talk about? I have had numerous problem throughout life and I have handled them all different ways.

You mean a short temper. Control it by determination, walking away from an argument, time out so to speak. Either that or see a professional for anger management.

Think before you act or speak. Practice this until it's a habit you use automatically when you feel yourself getting angry.

Some people count to10 over and over until they calm down. Others have to have anger management classes or other professional help.
